ethical issues:

We will need to make sure that we don’t stereo type autism. We will need to just give the facts and not give our own opinion and we can’t be bias.

we will also need to make sure that the twins don’t feel uncomfortable being filmed and they feel relaxed.

 

Legal issues:

We will need written permission off the Samuel and Williams parents in order for it to be legal as they are under the age of 18. The twins will also need to give consent as they will be filmed and interviewed.

confidentiality would also be something to consider because we need consent for all the information we will be sharing in the documentary.

we will need to get a release form for everyone who is participating to sign and everyone who is bellow the age of 18 to have their parent or guardian sign the release form as well.
